Outdoor living spaces are more popular now than ever.  Since COVID-19 came on to the scene, our real estate market is rewarding properties with attractive spaces outside where families and friends can spend time together while escaping the elements.  Not only are people finding that a covered area / outdoor kitchen is significantly increasing the value of their homes, but that their quality of life is having a similar positive effect on their overall happiness and well-being.  Especially in this Texas heat!

The average covered patio/deck project varies between $10k and $20k depending on size, scope, and desired materials.  We do offer construction loans for those customers that would like to have their project built now but pay off the project down the road in a lump sum or through monthly payments.
