Single Ply
Single-ply roofing membranes provide great flexibility and UV resistance, can be installed in one layer using fasteners or adhesives, and come in a variety of materials including TPO and PVC.
TPO Roofing
TPO is cost-effective, lightweight, easily repairable, and energy-efficient. We often use GAF Everguard 60 mil TPO has a lifespan of about 15-20 years in most cases.
PVC Roofing
Duro-Last is similar to TPO, but all materials come from the same manufacturer, along with a great warranty as well.
Our Preferred Brand of TPO
As a Certified Master Commercial Roofing Contractor with GAF, they are our preferred vendor for TPO roofing. We are able to offer building owners anywhere from 10, 20 and 30 year No Dollar Limit Warranties to provide piece of mind that the roof has been inspected by the manufacturer who will pay for labor and materials if there is ever a problem down the road with the install or the material.

Duro-Last / PVC Roofing
Duro-Last is similar to TPO, but all materials come from the same manufacturer, along with a great warranty as well. We often use this product in restaurants for reasons involving the specialized vents and chemicals often used to clean them. The product is lightweight, easily repairable, and energy efficient. Another benefit of Duro-Last is that the manufacturer has a large facility right here in DFW, and will have an inspector there to approve and then warranty the work that we perform for you.
