We were very pleased with the quality of service from Jenkins Roofing on installing our new roof. The crew was professional and worked quickly. We also had gutters installed and the service from the contracted company they used also provided quality service, even adding a 5' section we didn't ask for at no charge, it turned out to be a great add after all the rain this past weekend. Jenkins Roofing came out after the high winds we had in Arlington, Tx a few weeks ago, they did an inspection of my roof because I called about missing shingles, not only did they find the shingle problem they also found two bad wind turbines and my chimney was water damaged. I was happy they found this problem before it damaged my home more than it could have. They were able to fix all the problems with my roof, and they did an outstanding job. OUTSTANDING! High winds starting shearing shingles from our roof.  I called as soon as they opened...and a human answered the phone!  I explained what was happening and within 2 hours they sent someone out to look at it. The young man actually got on the roof to assess the immediate damage plus any other concerns.  Later that day the winds receded so they sent a crew out to begin the repairs. Within a few hours they had the damaged roof repaired, and every nail and piece of scrap cleaned up. They used a heater to secure the shingles before they nailed them down. Zach with Jenkins Roofing did a great job for us. We had a new roof, gutters and interior work did. Zach kept us informed on the progress of the work and made sure it was done correctly and on time. He was always available to answer our questions and he helped us with working with our insurance company. He is friendly and polite and really cared that we were happy with the work that wea done.
