CALL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY

An insurance adjuster will come out to inspect the damage. We will walk the property with them as an advocate for you to make sure everything that is damaged is addressed.

REVIEW OUR ROOF CLAIM

We will provide an attractive estimate to fix the agreed upon damages and show you the materials we will utilize to assure long term satisfaction. You will receive an initial check from the insurance company immediately after your roof is deemed to be damaged beyond the deductible amount. This will be a check for your roof’s replacement cost minus depreciation and your deductible. You will receive the depreciation amount a week or so after the work is completed.

ROOF REPAIR/REPLACEMENT

After the work is completed, we will collect the initial check you were provided from your insurance company, and send over a certificate of completion to you and your insurance claims professional. They will then release the final Depreciation check (assuming you have a replacement cost policy) which will arrive about 1 week or so after we are done.
